Day 2 in Vancouver

Day 2 we started by having our normal Starbucks at the bottom of the Grouse Mountain Ski Lift. After going up in the cable car we walked round in the arealooking at the snow before moving over to watch an extremely funny lumbarjack show. After the show we walked over to the bear refuge to see Grinder and Cooler two abandoned grizzly bears who now reside at Grouse Mountain.
we left Grouse and journeyed across Vancouver to see Jericho beach area for lunch.
We then visited Granville Market to see the produce. Then across Vancouver again to have a drink at the Mill house which lies on the Burrard inlet right by the float plane terminal. After our drink we drove thru Stanley park which still show many signs of the December storm.

As we were leaving Jericho beach a park warden told us an Eagle had built a nest not far from us and had 2 fledglings in the nest. We couldn't see the fledglings but we saw the Eagle. |
